Stollen is a traditional german christmas bread and one of the most famous and beloved christmas treat. It's packed with Christmas spices, fruit and marzipan and drenched in butter and icing sugar. We soak 4 kinds of dried fruits with white rum and cointreau 3 month prior to develope flavours. It is our favourite christmas treat!
